The MULTICAST team gives a talk at Psychiatric Project Seminar
Dr. Stephanie Homan, Dr. Samantha Weber, and early-career researchers Anna Monn, Andrea Häfliger and Jacopo Mocellin gave a talk entitled “Leveraging digital technologies in suicide prevention research” at the Psychiatric Project Seminar, which took place at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich in October 2025. They outlined the gaps and areas for improvement in research on suicide, which led to the conceptualization of the project, before focusing on how their work makes use of digital technology to capture suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Having collected most of the needed data, they presented some preliminary results and provided insight into the ongoing analyses. The seminar concluded with a lively question and answer session and feedback from the attendees.
